We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the personal data needed to operate this website and respond to you:

  • Contact and enquiry data — when you use our contact form or email us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), organisation (if provided), and the content of your message.

  • Usage data — technical information collected via cookies when you visit the site: IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, and time and date of visits. See Section 6 (Cookies).

We do not knowingly collect data relating to children, and this website is not directed at children. We do not collect special category (sensitive) data through this website.

3. Why we process your data and our legal bases

  • To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about our services — legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

  • To operate, secure and improve the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)). Strictly necessary cookies are used on this basis.

  • Analytics — to understand how the site is used — legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can decline or withdraw consent at any time without affecting your use of the site.

  • To comply with legal obligations — where we must retain or disclose information by law (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing communications unless you have expressly agreed to receive them.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • Our website platform and hosting provider, Wix.com Ltd, which processes website and form data on our behalf as a data processor under its data processing terms.

  • Our business software providers (email and document storage) used to receive and manage enquiries.

  • Professional advisers or public authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Our website is hosted on the Wix platform, whose group companies and sub-processors may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and Israel. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards: European Commission adequacy decisions (including for Israel) and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as set out in Wix's data processing terms.

6. Cookies

This site uses cookies — small text files placed on your device:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (security, load balancing, cookie-consent memory). These do not require consent.

  • Analytics and functional cookies — used to understand site usage and improve the experience. These load only if you accept them via the cookie banner.

You can manage preferences through the cookie banner or your browser settings at any time. Blocking some cookies may affect parts of the site.

7. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiry correspondence: retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship (in which case data is retained per our client record retention periods).

  • Analytics data: retained per the Wix analytics default periods and held in aggregate form.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data rectified; have data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any right, contact us at info@qualitech.ie. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28 — www.dataprotection.ie.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page.

Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 9 July 2026 · Last reviewed: 9 July 2026

Our commitment

Qualitech Mission Critical Ltd is committed to making www.qualitech.ie accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone — including people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers and keyboard-only navigation — to be able to find and use the information on this site.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility.

What we do

  • Structure pages with meaningful headings and descriptive page titles so content can be navigated non-visually.

  • Provide text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images.

  • Maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds.

  • Support keyboard navigation of menus, links and forms.

  • Use clear, plain language and descriptive link text.

  • Design for responsiveness, so the site works on desktop and mobile devices and at increased zoom levels.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Some downloadable documents (e.g. PDFs) may not be fully optimised for screen readers. If you need any document in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide it.

  • Some third-party content or features provided through our website platform may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We keep such components under review.

Feedback and contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at info@qualitech.ie or on 01 908 1916. Please describe the problem and the page concerned. We aim to respond within five working days and to fix genuine accessibility barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.

Assessment and review

Accessibility is assessed by self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 AA, supported by the accessibility tooling provided by our website platform (Wix). This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever significant changes are made to the site.

This statement was prepared on 9 July 2026.
