Our Journey
Qualitech Mission Critical was founded to bring independent, rigorous quality assurance to one of construction's most demanding arenas: the data centre and mission-critical sector. Too many projects still carry the risk of safety-related incidents and the cost of rework that should have been designed, verified, and managed rigorously throughout the project lifecycle. We exist to close that gap.
Founded and led by an experienced engineer and IRCA-qualified lead auditor, Qualitech delivers Quality, Commissioning (QCx) and MEP auditing and management grounded in recognised standards: ISO 9001:2015, BSRIA, CIBSE and ASHRAE relevant guidelines. From early inspections and quality management through to handover, we give our clients the assurance that what was specified is what is being delivered.
We are an independent practice, which means our only allegiance is to quality itself.

David founded Qualitech Mission Critical to bring independent quality assurance to the data centre and mission-critical construction sector. A qualified Building Service Engineer and IRCA-qualified lead auditor, with over 20 years experience in Engineering, Construction, commissioning, and quality management across projects in Ireland and Europe.
